Payment terms
Deposit at booking: 236,4 € (30%). Balance due 60 days before tour start: 551,6 €.
Booking conditions
PAYMENT PLAN
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit (or the full amount for last-minute bookings – less than 60 days before the tour start date). The remaining payment is due no later than 60 days before the tour start date.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Once we receive written notification of cancellation of your trip, the following fees apply, calculated based on the total cost:
- 61 days or more before the tour start date: 100% loss of the deposit
- 46 to 60 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total trip price
- 45 days or less before the tour start date: 100% loss of the total trip price
These fees represent a percentage of the total booking cost. The days indicated refer to the tour departure date. All cancellations must be made in writing.

🗓️ Day 1: Training & Colodri Via Ferrata (B/C), Arco
↑300 m – ↓300 m – approx. 3 hours
🗓️ Day 2: Fausto Susatti Via Ferrata – Cima Capi (A/B)
↑1,000 m – ↓1,000 m – approx. 6 hours
🗓️ Day 3: Via dell’Amicizia – Cima SAT (B/C)
↑1,200 m – ↓1,200 m – 7–8 hours
🗓️ Day 4: Gerardo Sega (B/C) & Course Conclusion
↑950 m – ↓950 m – approx. 7 hours

ABOUT THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
Multi-day tours: If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will inform you by email no later than 14 days before the tour starts.
Day tours: Information regarding whether the tour will take place will be sent by email no later than 10:00 a.m. the day before.
