PAYMENT PLAN
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit (or the full amount for last-minute bookings – less than 60 days before the tour begins). The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the tour begins.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Once we receive written notification of your cancellation, the following fees will apply, calculated based on the total cost:
- 61 days or more before the tour start date: 100% loss of the deposit
- 46 to 60 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour price
- 45 days or less before the tour start date: 100% loss of the total tour price
These fees represent a percentage of the total booking cost. The stated dates refer to the tour's departure date. All cancellations must be made in writing.

Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome
Arrival in Alta Badia, Val Gardena, Cortina, or Val di Fassa. Welcome by your Dolomagic Guide, program briefing, and ski pass distribution.
Day 2 – First Turns
Get a feel for the slopes around your base resort – the perfect start to your Dolomite ski vacation.
Day 3 – Sellaronda
The legendary ski circuit around the Sella massif – four passes, endless slopes, and breathtaking views.
Day 4 – Val Gardena & Alpe di Siusi
Exciting runs with views of Sassolungo and Sciliar, wide slopes for leisurely skiers and families.
Day 5 – Marmolada
Ascent to 3,350 m – spectacular glacier runs with views of Sella, Pelmo, and Civetta.
Day 6 – Cortina & Lagazuoi
