Deposit at booking: 567 € (30%). Balance due 60 days before tour start: 1.323 €.
Booking conditions
PAYMENT PLAN
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit (or the full amount for last-minute bookings – less than 60 days before the tour begins). The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the tour begins.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Once we receive written notification of your cancellation, the following fees will apply, calculated based on the total cost:
- 61 days or more before the tour start date: 100% loss of the deposit
- 46 to 60 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour price
- 45 days or less before the tour start date: 100% loss of the total tour price
These fees represent a percentage of the total booking cost. The stated dates refer to the tour's departure date. All cancellations must be made in writing.

ABOUT THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
Guaranteed departure with a minimum of 6 participants. Maximum 8 participants per date.
If the minimum number of participants (see above) is not reached, you will be informed by email no later than 30 days before the tour starts.
