PAYMENT PLAN
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit (or the full amount for “last-minute” bookings made less than 60 days before the tour start). The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the course.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Once we receive written notice of your trip cancellation, the following fees apply, calculated as a percentage of the total trip cost:
- 61 days or more before the tour begins: 100% loss of the deposit
- 46 to 60 days before the tour begins: 50% refund of the total trip cost
- 45 days or fewer before the tour begins: 100% loss of the total trip cost
These fees are based on the full booking amount. All days refer to the tour’s departure date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

DETAILED PROGRAM
📅 Day 1: Arrival in Selva Val Gardena
Meet your Dolomagic Guide over an aperitivo and receive a full tour briefing.
Overnight in a 4★ hotel.
📅 Day 2: Alpe di Siusi & Seceda
Enjoy wide pistes and breathtaking Dolomite panoramas in two iconic ski areas.
Overnight in a 4★ hotel.
📅 Day 3: Sellaronda
Ski the most famous circuit in the Dolomites, crossing four mountain passes with spectacular views.
Overnight at Rifugio Fredarola.
📅 Day 4: Marmolada
Ride to the “Queen of the Dolomites” for an unmatched 360° panorama.
Overnight at Rifugio Fredarola.
📅 Day 5: Val di Fassa – Rifugio Fuciade
Ski across Buffaure and San Pellegrino, ending in the dreamlike Rifugio Fuciade.

Sunny slopes and a World Cup descent to Falcade.
