Do you climb at III-IV level, have you completed a basic climbing course or similar and are you familiar with the safety techniques? Then this level 2 climbing set-up course is just right for you. In the Val Gardena Dolomites there are numerous climbing gardens where previous knowledge can be refreshed. Then we continue with easy climbing routes in III - IV difficulty levels.
From lead climbing to selecting routes and rope commands to setting intermediate belays, building belays and abseiling exercises - you will gain additional experience during this week in the Dolomites. The training also includes mountain rescue and weather-related knowledge in mountain sports.

A possible base is the Regensburgerhütte in the Val Gardena Dolomites, an ideal starting point for climbing routes in the natural part of the Val Gardena Dolomites.

DAY 1: Arrival in Val Gardena and climb to the hut. Program discussion and we're off to the rock faces.

DAY 2-5: Alpine climbing in the Val Gardena Dolomites. Refine climbing technique and safety technique. Climbing beautiful alpine climbing routes with difficulty levels IV-V UIAA. Gain greater safety in alpine climbing under the supervision of a Val Gardena Dolomites mountain guide.
