Itinerary

Experience a 5-day hut-to-hut via ferrata adventure through the western Dolomites, exploring the legendary routes of the Rosengarten massif. Accompanied by certified guides, you climb iconic routes such as Rotwand, Santnerpass, Kesselkogel, Laurenzi, and Maximilian—five days filled with panoramic ridges, dramatic rock formations, and true Dolomites atmosphere. Cozy mountain huts and South Tyrolean hospitality complete an unforgettable alpine journey.

DETAILED PROGRAM

📅 Day 1: Rotwand Via Ferrata
↑930 m – ↓730 m – 7.0 km
From Rifugio Costalunga, ascend the classic Rotwand via ferrata with impressive rock walls and vast views. Descend via Vajolon Pass to the Kölner Hut.
Overnight in a mountain hut.

📅 Day 2: Santner Via Ferrata
↑530 m – ↓150 m – 2.2 km
From the Kölner Hut, follow short technical sections to the Santner via ferrata. Climb through exposed terrain to reach the spectacular Santner Pass Hut.
Overnight in a mountain hut.

📅 Day 3: Kesselkogel Via Ferrata
↑530 m – ↓750 m – 6.5 km
Descend into the Vajolet Valley, then climb to the Kesselkogel (3,004 m) via the Grasleiten Pass Hut. Admire the view of Lake Antermoia before descending to the Antermoia Hut.
Overnight in a mountain hut.

📅 Day 4: Laurenzi Via Ferrata
↑450 m – ↓500 m – 4.2 km
From the Antermoia Hut, follow the lake to the Laurenzi via ferrata. Cross the dramatic ridge over Innermolignon and Außermolignon before descending to Molignon Pass and the Tierser Alpl Hut.
Overnight in a mountain hut.

📅 Day 5: Maximilian Via Ferrata
↑410 m – ↓1710 m – 12.1 km
From the Tierser Alpl Hut, climb the stunning Maximilian via ferrata. Finish with a long descent through the Bärenloch into the Tschamin Valley and return by bus.
Tour ends after return.

Special Rules for Group Tours

Guaranteed with a minimum of 4 participants. Maximum group size: 6 persons.
If the minimum is not reached, you will be notified by email at least 30 days before the tour start.

Booking Conditions

PAYMENT PLAN
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit (or the full amount for “last-minute” bookings made less than 60 days before the tour start). The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the course.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Once we receive written notice of your trip cancellation, the following fees apply, calculated as a percentage of the total trip cost:
- 61 days or more before the tour begins: 100% loss of the deposit
- 46 to 60 days before the tour begins: 50% refund of the total trip cost
- 45 days or fewer before the tour begins: 100% loss of the total trip cost

These fees are based on the full booking amount. All days refer to the tour’s departure date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!

  • For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. If you cancel your reservation, we keep 30% of the total amount as a cancellation fee and refund the remaining 70%. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
