The Via Ferrata Piz da Lech is one of the most scenic and accessible summit via ferratas in Alta Badia. Located high above Corvara in Badia, this guided Dolomites via ferrata combines panoramic alpine terrain, moderate climbing difficulty and breathtaking mountain scenery in the heart of the Sella Group.
Often referred to as one of the best options for a via ferrata Corvara in Badia, the route offers the perfect balance between adventure and accessibility. The ferrata itself is relatively short and technically moderate, making it ideal for sporty beginners, active hikers and intermediate ferrata climbers who want to experience a true Dolomites summit without extreme technical difficulty.
The tour takes place in a spectacular high-alpine environment with endless views toward Marmolada, Sassongher, the Sella massif and many of the iconic peaks of Alta Badia. One of the highlights of the day is the beautiful mountain hut scenery around Rifugio Franz Kostner, one of the most panoramic rifugios in the region.
