Booking Conditions

PAYMENT PLAN
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit (or the full amount for “last-minute” bookings made less than 60 days before the tour start). The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the course.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Once we receive written notice of your trip cancellation, the following fees apply, calculated as a percentage of the total trip cost:
- 61 days or more before the tour begins: 100% loss of the deposit
- 46 to 60 days before the tour begins: 50% refund of the total trip cost
- 45 days or fewer before the tour begins: 100% loss of the total trip cost

These fees are based on the full booking amount. All days refer to the tour’s departure date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Tour Details

Experience a 5-day hut-to-hut via ferrata journey through the heart of the Dolomites, exploring the spectacular Sella and Sassolungo groups. On iconic routes such as Oskar Schuster, Brigata Tridentina, and Piz da Lech, you enjoy airy ridge traverses, panoramic summits, and unforgettable views. Comfortable mountain huts and warm South Tyrolean hospitality complete this classic Dolomites adventure.

DETAILED PROGRAM

📅 Day 1: Sassolungo Couloir Via Ferrata – Rifugio Toni Demetz
↑530 m – ↓25 m – 2.2 km
Meet in Selva, equipment check, and bus transfer to Passo Sella. Climb the Sassolungo couloir via ferrata to Rifugio Toni Demetz, enjoying wide Dolomite panoramas and an atmospheric first hut night.
Overnight in a mountain hut.

📅 Day 2: Oskar Schuster Via Ferrata – Carlo Valentini Hut
↑840 m – ↓1320 m – 10.4 km
From Rifugio Toni Demetz, traverse to Rifugio Vicenza and continue to the start of the Oskar Schuster route. Climb to the summit of the Plattkofel with extraordinary views, descend to Plattkofel Hut, and continue to Rifugio Carlo Valentini at Passo Sella.
Overnight in a mountain hut.

📅 Day 3: Small & Big Cir – Frea Hut / Hotel Cir
↑675 m – ↓210 m – 2.8 km
From Passo Gardena, climb the Cir via ferratas with breathtaking views of the Sassolungo, Sella, and Odle peaks. Return to the pass and overnight in a cozy hut or mountain hotel.

📅 Day 4: Pisciadù (Brigata Tridentina) – Boè Hut
↑1040 m – ↓300 m – 6.7 km
Climb the famous Brigata Tridentina via ferrata, including its iconic suspension bridge, to Rifugio Pisciadù. Continue across the Sella plateau to Rifugio Boè below Piz Boè for dinner and overnight.
Overnight in a mountain hut.

📅 Day 5: Piz Boè & Piz da Lech – Return to Selva
↑700 m – ↓1380 m – 8.5 km
Early ascent to Piz Boè (3,152 m), then descend to Kostner Hut and finish the tour on the Piz da Lech via ferrata. Cable car descent to Corvara and shuttle return to Selva—ending a memorable via ferrata adventure.
Tour ends after return.
