DETAILED PROGRAM
❯❯ day 1: ARRIVAL IN VAL GARDENA
Arrival in Val Gardena and check-in at your hotel.
Meet your Dolomagic Guide for a welcome briefing and tour overview.
Overnight in a 4-star Hotel in Val Gardena.
❯❯ day 2: SELLARONDA - VAL DI FASSA
Ski the legendary Sellaronda, the most famous ski circuit in the Dolomites, crossing four mountain passes around the Sella Group with spectacular views.
Overnight in a mountain rifugio in Val di Fassa.
❯❯ day 3: VAL DI FASSA & PASSO SAN PELLEGRINO
Ski across the Buffaure ski area and continue toward Passo San Pellegrino, enjoying wide pistes, flowing descents and open alpine terrain.
End the day at a dreamlike high-mountain rifugio.
Overnight at a rifugio on Passo San Pellegrino.

Explore the elegant pistes of Vigo di Fassa and Carezza, skiing beneath the dramatic peaks of the Rosengarten and Latemar.
A panoramic finale with legendary Dolomite views.

Group Departures:

Special Rules for Group Tours
Group departures are guaranteed with a minimum of 6 participants. Maximum group size: 8 persons.
If the minimum is not reached, you will be notified by email at least 30 days before the tour start.
Booking Conditions
PAYMENT PLAN
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit (or the full amount for “last-minute” bookings made less than 60 days before the tour start). The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the course.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Once we receive written notice of your trip cancellation, the following fees apply, calculated as a percentage of the total trip cost:
- 61 days or more before the tour begins: 100% loss of the deposit
- 46 to 60 days before the tour begins: 50% refund of the total trip cost
- 45 days or fewer before the tour begins: 100% loss of the total trip cost
These fees are based on the full booking amount. All days refer to the tour’s departure date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. If you cancel your reservation, we keep 30% of the total amount as a cancellation fee and refund the remaining 70%. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
