The tour must be booked online.
A deposit of €160 per person is required at the time of online booking. The remaining balance — calculated based on the number of participants in the group tour — is due the day before the tour (card payment available).

325€ p.p. with 2 participants
220€ p.p. with 3 participants
180€ p.p. with 4 participants
160€ p.p. from 5 participants
If a registered participant does not take part in the tour, the deposit will be retained.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. If you cancel your reservation, we keep 30% of the total amount as a cancellation fee and refund the remaining 70%. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
