Full Description
Experience an unforgettable full-day adventure on a private Marmolada On-Piste Ski Tour from Val Gardena. The tour begins at the Dantercepies lift in Selva Val Gardena, where you will meet your ski guide before heading across Passo Gardena towards Alta Badia.
From Corvara, the route continues through the interconnected Dolomiti Superski area towards Arabba and Porta Vescovo. This part of the tour offers exciting pistes and impressive views across the Sella Massif and the surrounding Dolomite peaks.
The journey then leads across Passo Padon, where the Marmolada comes fully into view. From here, you can already see the glacier and the famous La Bellunese slope, which descends from Punta Rocca to Malga Ciapela.
La Bellunese is approximately 12 kilometres long and covers around 1,810 metres of vertical descent, making it the longest piste in the Dolomiti Superski area. Its combination of high-alpine scenery, long continuous skiing and varied terrain makes it one of the most memorable descents in the Dolomites.
After skiing down to Malga Ciapela, three consecutive cable cars take you up to Punta Rocca at 3,265 metres. At the top, a panoramic terrace offers exceptional views across the Dolomites, the Marmolada glacier and, on clear days, far beyond the surrounding mountain ranges.
The highlight of the tour is the full descent of La Bellunese, from the high-altitude terrain beneath Punta Rocca all the way back to Malga Ciapela. Your guide will choose the most suitable pace and stops according to the group’s skiing level and the conditions of the day.
After a well-earned lunch at one of the mountain restaurants in the Arabba–Marmolada area, the tour continues back through Arabba, Alta Badia and Passo Gardena to Val Gardena.
With an experienced Val Gardena ski guide, the route, timing and lift connections are carefully managed, allowing you to enjoy one of the most iconic ski days in the Dolomites.
