Full Description

Experience one of the most famous ski runs in the Dolomites on a private Saslong On-Piste Ski Tour with a ski guide in Val Gardena. The tour begins at the Ciampinoi lift station in Selva Val Gardena, where you will meet your guide before travelling up into the heart of the ski area.

The day starts with a selection of runs around Ciampinoi, allowing you to warm up and discover the varied pistes above Selva Val Gardena. Your guide will adapt the route and pace to the group’s skiing ability and the conditions of the day.

The main highlight is the descent to Santa Cristina on the classic Saslong slope. This legendary piste is internationally known as the venue for the men’s Alpine Ski World Cup downhill and Super-G races. Its fast sections, steep passages and famous terrain features make it one of the most exciting ski runs in Val Gardena.

Depending on the group’s level and preferences, there will be time to ski the Saslong several times and explore alternative variations around Ciampinoi and Santa Cristina.

As an optional extension, the tour can continue to the sunny side of Val Gardena and the Col Raiser and Seceda ski areas. This section offers wide panoramic slopes and exceptional views of the Odle mountain group.

A lunch stop will be arranged at one of the charming mountain restaurants along the route. After lunch and further skiing, the lifts and pistes take you back towards Selva Val Gardena, where the tour ends.
