Booking Conditions
PAYMENT PLAN
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit (or the full amount for “last-minute” bookings made less than 60 days before the tour start). The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the course.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Once we receive written notice of your trip cancellation, the following fees apply, calculated as a percentage of the total trip cost:
- 61 days or more before the tour begins: 100% loss of the deposit
- 46 to 60 days before the tour begins: 50% refund of the total trip cost
- 45 days or fewer before the tour begins: 100% loss of the total trip cost
These fees are based on the full booking amount. All days refer to the tour’s departure date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Tour Details
This spectacular 6-day guided hut-to-hut adventure connects two of the most iconic mountain groups in the Dolomites: the dramatic Rosengarten (Catinaccio) and the legendary Sciliar (Schlern).
DETAILED PROGRAM
📅 Day 1 – Passo Costalunga to Rifugio Roda di Vael
↑ 540 m – ↓ 0 m – 3.8 km – 2–3 hrs
A scenic opening stage from Karerpass leads to Rifugio Roda di Vael. In the evening, the glowing sunset over the Catinaccio cliffs introduces you to the magic of the Dolomites.
Overnight in a mountain hut.
📅 Day 2 – Rifugio Paolina to Rifugio Vajolet
↑ 380 m – ↓ 410 m – 8.4 km – approx. 5 hrs
Hike beneath the dramatic Vajolet Towers, surrounded by towering limestone formations and classic Dolomite landscapes.
Overnight in a mountain hut.
📅 Day 3 – Rifugio Vajolet to Lago Antermoia – Rifugio Antermoia
↑ 520 m – ↓ 280 m – 5 km – approx. 4 hrs
Cross high alpine passes such as Passo Principe and reach the stunning turquoise Lago di Antermoia, nestled at nearly 2,500 meters above sea level.
Overnight at Rifugio Antermoia (2,497 m).
📅 Day 4 – Rifugio Antermoia to Passo Duron – Rifugio Molignon
↑ 350 m – ↓ 790 m – 9.5 km – approx. 4 hrs
Descend into the wild Duron Valley before continuing through varied alpine terrain toward Rifugio Molignon.
Overnight in a mountain hut.
📅 Day 5 – Rifugio Molignon to Rifugio Bolzano (Schlernhaus)
↑ 850 m – ↓ 200 m – approx. 10 km – 5–6 hrs
Ascend onto the vast Sciliar plateau and reach the famous Schlernhaus. Panoramic views stretch from the Marmolada to the Sella Group and back toward the Rosengarten.
Overnight at Rifugio Bolzano.
📅 Day 6 – Rifugio Bolzano to Bärenloch – Tires
↑ 150 m – ↓ 1,500 m – 8 km – approx. 4–5 hrs
A scenic descent through the Bärenloch leads back to Tires (Tiers am Rosengarten), with convenient public transport connections to Bolzano or your starting point.
