Originally built during WWI, the Kaiserjäger path follows historic military routes, trenches, and exposed ledges high above the Falzarego Pass. Unlike steep and highly technical via ferratas, the Kaiserjäger route focuses more on scenery, atmosphere, and mountain experience, making it an excellent choice for active hikers and beginners with good fitness and a head for heights.
