PAYMENT PLAN
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit (or the full amount for “last-minute” bookings made less than 60 days before the tour start). The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the course.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Once we receive written notice of your trip cancellation, the following fees apply, calculated as a percentage of the total trip cost:
- 61 days or more before the tour begins: 100% loss of the deposit
- 46 to 60 days before the tour begins: 50% refund of the total trip cost
- 45 days or fewer before the tour begins: 100% loss of the total trip cost
These fees are based on the full booking amount. All days refer to the tour’s departure date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

The Palaronda Trek is Dolomites hiking at its purest. Set within the vast Pale di San Martino — the largest massif in the Dolomites — this legendary 4-day circular route begins and ends in San Martino di Castrozza.
Wild limestone plateaus, dramatic vertical walls, high alpine passes and sweeping panoramas define this compact yet spectacular hut-to-hut adventure. Though limited in duration, the scenery is grand, remote, and intensely alpine.
This tour is ideal for hikers seeking a classic Dolomites experience in just four days — immersive, authentic, and rich in high-mountain atmosphere.

📋 Detailed Program
📅 Day 1 – San Martino di Castrozza to Rifugio Rosetta
↑ 1,100 m – 6.2 km – approx. 3 hrs
A steady ascent from the valley through forest and alpine terrain leads onto the impressive high plateau of the Pala Group. Early arrivals may climb Rosetta Peak for outstanding panoramic views.
Overnight: Rifugio Alpino Rosetta “Giovanni Pedrotti”
📅 Day 2 – Rifugio Rosetta to Rifugio Pradidali
↑ 320 m – ↓ 630 m – 11 km – approx. 4 hrs
Traverse toward the Fradusta Glacier with an optional ascent to Cima Fradusta (2,939 m). Descend via Passo Pradidali into the upper Val Pradidali.
Overnight: Rifugio Pradidali
📅 Day 3 – Rifugio Pradidali to Rifugio Treviso
↑ 480 m – ↓ 1,020 m – 9.5 km – approx. 4 hrs
Descend through the dramatic Val Pradidali and Val Canali beneath towering limestone cliffs. Optional detour to Lago di Villa Welsperg.
Overnight: Rifugio Treviso (Canali)
📅 Day 4 – Rifugio Treviso to Rifugio Rosetta – San Martino
↑ 1,100 m – ↓ 180 m – 10 km – approx. 6 hrs
Climb through the Vallone del Coro to Passo Canali and return to Rifugio Rosetta, completing the circuit. Descent to San Martino by cable car or on foot.
