The Croda da Lago & Lago Federa Guided Hike is one of the most scenic and iconic hiking experiences near Cortina d’Ampezzo. Starting from Ponte di Rocurto (Ponte de Ru Curto) along the road between Cortina and Passo Giau, the trail leads through beautiful forests, alpine landscapes, and panoramic viewpoints towards the breathtaking Lago Federa.
Following the famous trail towards Rifugio Croda da Lago – Gianni Palmieri, we gradually gain elevation while enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding Dolomite peaks. Along the route, several panoramic viewpoints reveal unforgettable scenery with the Tofane, Cinque Torri, Lagazuoi, Monte Cristallo, and the Sorapis Group dominating the horizon.
