Booking Conditions
PAYMENT PLAN
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit (or the full amount for “last-minute” bookings made less than 60 days before the tour start). The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the course.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Once we receive written notice of your trip cancellation, the following fees apply, calculated as a percentage of the total trip cost:
- 61 days or more before the tour begins: 100% loss of the deposit
- 46 to 60 days before the tour begins: 50% refund of the total trip cost
- 45 days or fewer before the tour begins: 100% loss of the total trip cost
These fees are based on the full booking amount. All days refer to the tour’s departure date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Tour Details
The Rosengarten (Catinaccio) is one of the most iconic mountain groups of the Dolomites. Towering rock towers, dramatic limestone walls and spectacular alpine scenery make this area a true paradise for hikers.
On this two-day Dolomagic hiking adventure we explore the most beautiful highlights of the Rosengarten massif. Starting from Passo Costalunga (Karerpass), we take the lift to the Paolina area before continuing on foot into the heart of the mountains.
Our route leads beneath the impressive Roda di Vael, across panoramic alpine terrain toward the legendary Vajolet Towers — one of the most famous rock formations in the Dolomites. From here we continue higher toward Passo Santner, a spectacular mountain pass surrounded by dramatic limestone walls.
We spend the night high in the mountains at Rifugio Passo Santner, one of the most beautifully located huts in the Rosengarten group. After a traditional mountain dinner we enjoy the sunset atmosphere in the heart of the Dolomites before spending the night at the hut.
This tour combines iconic Dolomites scenery, spectacular hiking trails and an unforgettable hut experience, guided by a local Dolomagic mountain guide.
DETAILED PROGRAM
📅 Day 1 – Passo Costalunga to Rifugio Passo Santner
↑ 1,030 m ascent – ↓ 440 m descent – 12.3 km – approx. 6 hrs
• Meeting point at Passo Costalunga (Karerpass)
• Lift ride to the Paolina area
• Scenic hike beneath Roda di Vael
• Panoramic trail toward the Vajolet Towers
• Stop at Rifugio Vajolet
• Ascent to the spectacular Passo Santner
• Short walk to Rifugio Passo Santner
Overnight: Rifugio Passo Santner

📅 Day 2 – Vajolet Valley and Return to Passo Costalunga
↑ 420 m ascent – ↓ 2,000 m descent – 13.5 km – approx. 6 hrs
• Breakfast at Rifugio Passo Santner
• Descent through the beautiful Vajolet Valley
• Hiking beneath the impressive Vajolet Towers
• Return past Rifugio Vajolet
• Scenic descent toward the Paolina area
• Lift back to Passo Costalunga
