Starting from Passo Costalunga (Karerpass), we explore a breathtaking landscape of towering limestone peaks, dramatic rock formations and panoramic alpine trails. Hike beneath the impressive Roda di Vael, discover the legendary Vajolet Towers and reach the spectacular Passo Santner, surrounded by some of the most iconic mountain scenery in the Dolomites.
Spend the night at the beautifully located Rifugio Passo Santner, where traditional mountain hospitality, stunning sunset views and an authentic Dolomites mountain hut experience create unforgettable memories.
Accompanied by a certified IFMGA mountain guide, you'll discover the natural beauty and hidden highlights of the Rosengarten massif, enjoying two days of spectacular hiking and a memorable night high in the mountains.

DAY 1
Into the Heart of the Rosengarten: Roda di Vael & Passo Santner
Starting from Passo Costalunga, we take the Paolina lift and hike beneath Roda di Vael toward the iconic Vajolet Towers. Passing Rifugio Vajolet, we ascend to the spectacular Passo Santner. Enjoy a traditional mountain dinner and unforgettable sunset views at Rifugio Passo Santner, where we spend the night.
Starting from Passo Costalunga, we take the Paolina lift and hike beneath Roda di Vael toward the iconic Vajolet Towers. Passing Rifugio Vajolet, we ascend to the spectacular Passo Santner. DAY 2
Vajolet Towers & Panoramic Descent Through the Rosengarten
After breakfast at Rifugio Passo Santner, we descend through the spectacular Vajolet Valley, surrounded by towering limestone peaks and the iconic Vajolet Towers. Passing Rifugio Vajolet, we follow scenic Rosengarten hiking trails toward the Paolina area, before taking the lift back to Passo Costalunga.
After breakfast at Rifugio Passo Santner, we descend through the spectacular Vajolet Valley, surrounded by towering limestone peaks and the iconic Vajolet Towers. Passing Rifugio Vajolet, we follow scenic Rosengarten hiking trails toward the Paolina area, before taking the lift back to Passo Costalunga.

Booking Conditions
PAYMENT PLAN
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit (or the full amount for “last-minute” bookings made less than 60 days before the tour start). The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the course.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Once we receive written notice of your trip cancellation, the following fees apply, calculated as a percentage of the total trip cost:
- 61 days or more before the tour begins: 100% loss of the deposit
- 46 to 60 days before the tour begins: 50% refund of the total trip cost
- 45 days or fewer before the tour begins: 100% loss of the total trip cost
These fees are based on the full booking amount. All days refer to the tour’s departure date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. If you cancel your reservation, we keep 30% of the total amount as a cancellation fee and refund the remaining 70%. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
