This spectacular guided hike in the Dolomites starts in Compatsch on the famous Alpe di Siusi (Seiser Alm), Europe's largest high-alpine meadow. Following scenic trails across rolling pastures and beneath the impressive cliffs of the Schlern, we gradually gain elevation towards the legendary Rifugio Bolzano (Schlernhaus).
Perched at 2,457 meters on the vast Schlern Plateau, Rifugio Bolzano is one of the most famous mountain huts in the Dolomites and rewards hikers with extraordinary panoramic views. Along the route, you'll enjoy constant vistas of the Rosengarten, Langkofel, Sella Group, and countless surrounding peaks.
The hike takes place within the beautiful Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park, combining alpine meadows, dramatic rock formations, and historic mountain landscapes. After a relaxing lunch break at Rifugio Bolzano, we return to Compatsch through the stunning scenery of the Alpe di Siusi.
